TERMS AND CONDITIONS

» A minimum of two week’s time should be given to us for deploying Security Staff. However, in emergency the deployment can be done within 48 hours on temporary basis.

» The security staff will perform 8 hours duty or any other timing as suggested by the management (12 Hrs duties) in a day for 6 days and 7th day will be a weekly duty off. The same will be compensated by providing a reliever.

» No Security Staff will be absorbed in your unit without our knowledge.

» In case of any loss or damage we will carry out investigations and if it is found that the lapse was on part of Security, the issue will be settled on mutual understanding. We make it very clear that Security Agency should not be taken as Insurance Company to compensate the loss.

» The Management should supply torch lights, cells, registers, stationary and any other accessories which are needed by the Security Department.

» Bachelor accommodation and subsidized food may be provided by the Management for the non local Security Staff.

» We shall enter into contract agreement for a period of one year from the date of deployment. The contract can be terminated by giving one month notice by either side.

» We shall be responsible to comply with all provisions of EPF, ESIC, and GST.

» The monthly payments shall not be stopped for any reasons of complaints and are payable to us on or before 5th of every month by account payee cheques / DDs, RTGS and NEFT.
