OUR TRAINING

The company has a well established Training School which provide training to all the new appointees covering all aspects of the duties of a Security Guard / Supervisor in Physical fitness, patrolling duties, fixed post duties, control of movement of material IN & OUT, personnel and Visitors details, documentation and maintenance of Registers, Physical frisking, Vehicle search, Usage of various metal detectors, fire fighting, first aid, action to be taken in case of Emergencies etc … In addition, on job training will also be given to the Guards at least once in a month based on the requirement of the clients. It is mandatory for all the guards to undergo their basic training in our training school. Only after the successful completion of their training and passing the test they are deployed on duty.
